Cilantro is a delicate spicy herb that is actively used in cooking. The plant perfectly sets off the taste of fish and meat, it is added to soups and sauces. Coriander or cilantro is grown for seeds, but the greens of this plant are often used. Often spicy grass is grown in open ground, but it is also great for greenhouses.
The greenhouse method of growing has a lot of advantages:

Greenery is cut when the plant reaches a length of 15 to 20 cm. An important point is the cutting of cilantro before flowering, which is carried out approximately 40 days after planting. Greens coarsen after flowering, and the taste deteriorates significantly. Cut with a sharp knife. They are preferably done in the early morning. When harvesting is done, the land is loosened and fertilized. New seeds are sown on the vacated area.
